Pneumatic components are components that work through the pressure of gas or the force generated by expansion, which convert the elastic energy generated by compressed air into kinetic energy. With the continuous development of economy and technology, the pneumatic components industry presents the following four development trends.
I. Pneumatic servo positioning system products have entered the market. The system uses three-position five-way pneumatic servo valve to compare the predetermined positioning target with the detection data of the position sensor and implement negative feedback control. When the maximum speed of the cylinder is 2m/s and the stroke is 300mm, the system positioning accuracy is ±0.1mm.
Two, the development of intelligent pneumatic components. The cylinder with switch has been widely used in China, the switch volume will be smaller, higher performance, can be embedded in the cylinder block; Some also come with two-color displays, which can show positional errors, making the system more reliable. Using sensors instead of flowmeters and pressure gauges can automatically control the flow and pressure of compressed air, which can save energy and ensure the normal operation of the device.
Three, pneumatic components to higher safety and reliability development.
From the international standards of pneumatic technology in recent years, it can be seen that the standards not only put forward the interchangeability requirements, but also emphasized the safety. Pipe joints, air source treatment shell and other pressure test pressure increased to 4~5 times the use of pressure, pressure time increased to 5~15min, but also in high and low temperature test. If these international standards are implemented, domestic cylinder, end cap, air source treatment castings and pipe joints are difficult to meet the standard requirements. In addition to the pressure test, the structure has also made some provisions (such as the transparent shell of air source treatment to add metal protective cover).
Four, the expansion of the application of pneumatic components technology is a sign of the development of the pneumatic industry: the application of pneumatic components is mainly in two aspects: maintenance and supporting. In the past, the sales of domestic pneumatic components should be used for maintenance. In recent years, the sales share of direct supporting components has been increasing year by year. The application of domestic pneumatic components ranges from metallurgical equipment worth tens of millions of yuan to chairs worth only 1~ 200 yuan. Railway switching, locomotive wheel and rail lubrication, train braking, street cleaning, lifting equipment in special workshops, military command vehicles and so on all use specially developed domestic pneumatic components. This shows that pneumatic technology has "penetrated" into all walks of life, and is expanding day by day.
